This is one of the few brand new 3 bedroom units in playa, accessed by elevator with a privileged with ocean view couple blocks from the beach and next to famous 5th Ave. with shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Super ample layout and nicely decorated Penthouse that will make you feel at home. High ceilings and full size windows provide great views, natural lighting and ventilation. The two stories roof top has an infinite pool, large lounge area and the highest jacuzzi in playa.
Inside the penthouse we welcome you to enjoy our high speed internet and smart tvs with access to Netfix, Amazon Prime and much more, when you are tired of hanging out in the sun. The dining room and living room are perfect places to enjoy everyone’s company. Each bedroom having its own private bathroom makes for a very comfortable stay. We’ve got yoga mats, beach towels and beach toys for fun for all ages.

Getting around is super easy with so much being in walking distance. The biciplaya rental station on the corner makes this even easier. If you’re renting a car, there is plenty of street parking with no meters!
