Located along Balls Creek, which branches off the Choptank River, Neavitt Cottage's location in the quaint village of Neavitt provides a peaceful and quiet country setting, yet is just minutes away from all that St. Michael's has to offer.
Enjoy crabbing, fishing, kayaking, boating, and sunset views off the new dock or have land based fun playing cornhole in the expansive backyard. The large screened in back porch is the perfect place to relax or enjoy your summer crab feast and has unobstructed views of the water.
The sandy beach offers an easy kayak launch and kids will love to explore the shoreline. Bald eagles, herons, osprey, and all sorts of waterfowl make the creek their home and you can get up close and personal on a quiet kayak ride, 2 dual person kayaks are included for your use, so please bring your lifejackets!
The house is also fully stocked with board games, puzzles, and books for those quiet summer days. This is the perfect spot to make lasting memories with your family and friends while enjoying the Eastern Shore lifestyle!
