Positive: As per photos, no surprise Clean Comfortable Good stay with peace of mind Kitchen with ample equipment, all stainless pots, cutlery, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, juice blender, gas oven. New and modern apartment inside and outside. Ground floor - easy access Easy to understand check-in instructions Bus 17 to downtown Good value for money 2-minute walk to a community center with a small gym and table tennis and badminton courts. Overall, I would book this place again when I'm back in Vancouver and would recommend to others to book this place too.

Negative: It is located in a residential area, which is a nice and quiet area. However, the closest supermarket or most restaurants are 15-minute walk away as the surrounding area is residential. The other improvement potential is the damage deposit system, which charged me $800 before arrival (so far, ok), but also charged another $800 every week for few days and then returned back to my account. So you should make sure there is enough Canadian dollar in your card (2×$800 =$1600). The bond was returned at end with no deduction.

Summary: Modern clean comfort unit - I recommend it.
