FLOOR-BY-FLOOR DESCRIPTION
Main Level: The first floor is built for relaxation and socializing, featuring two distinct living areas—each equipped with a 50" flat-screen TV. A highlight of the home is the wrap-around enclosed porch and the first-level deck, providing ample space for morning coffee or evening sea breezes. Guests have use of two outdoor showers, perfect for rinsing off after a long day at the beach. (Please note: the detached garage is not for guest use).
Upper Level & Rooftop: The second level houses the comfortable sleeping quarters, with a layout that ensures privacy for large groups. For the best views in the house, head up to the rooftop deck, where you can soak in stunning vistas of the bay and the surrounding coastal landscape.

LINEN PACKAGE
1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
