This single-story home is located in the Greenwood neighborhood on the city's north side, less than two miles from the pebbly beach at Carkeek Park and spectacular sunsets at Golden Gardens. The Woodland Park Zoo, the Ballard Farmers Market, and Green Lake are all within three miles as well.
The convenience of this home doesn't sacrifice any of its peaceful setting. After a day of exploring Seattle or paddleboarding on Puget Sound, come home to unwind on the back deck in the shade of the leafy garden.
Begin each day in the atrium-like dining nook, where you can sit down for breakfast surrounded by three walls of glass. The kitchen has every essential appliance (including a gas stove), the living room offers a pair of sofas where you can sit with the morning paper, and while there's no TV, there is free high-speed WiFi throughout the house. Of the two bedrooms, one has direct access to the back garden.
