This canal-front home's location can't be beat with its access to Little Assawoman Bay and less than a two-block walk to the beach. To make things even easier, beach gear and a buggy for transportation are available for your use. You'll be within walking distance to South Bethany's shopping and dining options and only one mile to Bethany town center.
If you want to return home for lunch after a morning by the ocean, shower off the sand at one of the two private outdoor showers. Head to the covered ground-floor patio in the back to dine or relax on the waterfront. Barbecue your favorite on the private gas grill and dine alfresco at the picnic table for a meal with a view. And don't forget to try out the two-seater porch swing.
You can prepare more intricate meals in the full kitchen equipped with full-size appliances and various gadgets, including a waffle iron, a blender, a mixer, and a coffee grinder.
