The two bed rooms come with 1 queen size bed in the each room, a double sofa bed is available in the living room which can be used as additional bedding and can sleep 2 people.
Ideally will be great for small groups of friend and family. One private parking and private access from back of the property

Guests have access to a fully private suite and nothing is shared with anyone else in the house or any guest.

The Neighborhood:
You are centrally located in North Vancouver in a very quiet neighborhood. Most attraction in North Vancouver are no more than 10 minutes away: 11 minutes to Lonsdale Quay Market, 5 minutes from Lynn Valley, 8 minutes from Grouse Mountain, and 5 minutes from the Capilano Suspension Bridge. Lions Gate bridge is 1 minute away.
If you want to shop, Capilano Mall is 5 minutes away.
Getting Around:

Bus to downtown is a 6 min walk to the bus station and then 26 minutes to the city.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.
1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
2. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.
3. Baby crib is available upon request for a fee of 50 CAD per night. Kindly inform us at least three days in advance BEFORE your CHECK-IN date to make arrangements for your request.

- You have your own personal washer and dryer.
- The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and all your cooking and baking needs.

Available from 12:00 PM onwards, a 50 CAD Early check-in fee will apply.

Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee
of 50 CAD will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm).
3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:
We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM
The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time.
25 CAD will be charged for availing of this service.
We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.
Note: registration of a valid credit card is required to avail of all these services. Your request will be confirmed once we have successfully charged the applicable extra service fees.
