Just a short train ride to pike place market, SEA airport, T-Mobile stadium, and Lumen field . 12 minute drive from SEA airport and 5 minute drive to Seward Park. This practically brand new home offers updated bathrooms, appliances, and kitchen. We also have a few kid toys. The property offers 1 car garage and free on street parking at this peaceful space.

3-story townhome. Kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 den with a pull out bed and dual office space, 3 full bathrooms and a laundry room. Bedroom 1 sleeps 2 in a queen size bed, bedroom 2 sleeps 2 with full size bed, (bedroom 3) den sleeps 2 with pull out sofa couch. The car garage fits one small-mid size SUV. Free street parking.
Please note bedroom 2 is not pictured because a new full size bed is getting delivered, but it will be set up by July 28th. The listing will be updated with that room photo once it’s complete.
