- Bugs & Critters: We routinely spray the property for bugs and insects and treat for pest control. However, if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Texas is at the top of the list of pest-friendly states..:) To help prevent this, keep the doors closed and alert us if any of these little creatures came out so we treat some more.
30+STAYS; UTILITIES INCLUDED up to $200 (Gas, Electricity, water). In the unlikely circumstance of utilities over usage, we might ask for the difference. The best practice is to have the AC adjusted when you are at home or away.
