My air conditioned apartment is located in north Manhattan Beach only a 4 minute walk to the sand, bike path and the Strand walk street. A 20 minute stroll on the Strand will get you to downtown Manhattan Beach and the pier. It's a convenient one or two minute walk to numerous local restaurants. The apartment itself is a compact but comfortable space, that some call cozy, with a living area and a complete kitchen with a small dining table for 2 to 4 people. The bedroom has a king size bed. There's a washer and dryer and I have dedicated off street parking for one or two cars. I provide everything from all linens to wifi and Direct TV.
