Welcome to "Salisbury Surf & Sol", a pet-friendly vacation home, 1 block to the beach & 3 blocks to the Salisbury Center. Our property consists of 2 units: (1) "Salisbury Surf" on the ground level w/ 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen & living room and (2) "Salisbury Sol" on the 2nd & 3rd levels w/ 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 balconies, kitchen & living room. Off-street parking for 4 vehicles, washer/ dryer on-site & a fun back yard with gas firepit, hammock, swinging chairs & lawn games.
The Space:
FEATURES: Approximately 2,000 square feet among 3 levels, washer/dryer in the unit, high-speed internet, 6 smart TVs located in both living rooms and all 4 bedrooms (with ability to log into your streaming services), heat, window AC units, Outdoor seating areas, 3 balconies, common back yard area with hammock, swinging chairs, and gas firepit, 2 fully equipped kitchens with all major appliances (except dishwasher), and cookware, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker & tea kettle, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (all with stand up showers), clean linens, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided for all guests, 2 dining tables sitting 6 people each, and parking for 4 vehicles side-by-side in the driveway. WE DO NOT HAVE A GRILL.
"Salisbury Surf & Sol" was recently professionally designed & furnished in April 2025. We take pride in offering a fun and unique space for our Salisbury Beach visitors! All the indoor and outdoor furniture is new - the couch, chairs, table, bar stools, beds, linens, towels, desk etc.
Please note that this home consists of 2 units. One on the ground level and a second unit on the 2nd and 3rd floor.
SLEEPING:
●Bedroom #1 (ground level): 1 king bed (sleeping 2 people), smart TV, work-from-home desk and clean linens
●Bedroom #2 (ground level): 1 twin bed PLUS 1 trundle twin bed (sleeping 2 people), smart TV and clean linens
●Bedroom #3 (3rd level): 1 king bed (sleeping 2 people), smart TV, work-from-home desk, private ocean-facing balcony and clean linens
●Bedroom #4 (3rd level): 2 twin beds (sleeping 2 people), smart TV, ensuite bathroom and clean linens.
●Living room #1 (ground level): sleeper sofa (sleeping 2 people), smart TV, and clean linens.
●Living room #2 (2nd level): sleeper sofa (sleeping 2 people), smart TV, and clean linens.
IMPORTANT: Beach chairs and beach towels are not provided. No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No events, parties or large gatherings. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. A $100 fee per pet applies and will be charged through our software after the booking is confirmed. We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.
CLEANING: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc). The property is 1 block to the nearest public beach access and 3 blocks to the Salisbury Center.
