Upon checkout of each guest, the house is opened fully (all windows and doors) for a minimum of 4 hours. Every room is sanitized fully, stripped of any items previously used and replaced with freshly cleaned/sanitized new items for the next guest. Kitchen protocol includes steam cleaning all dishes/appliances and some items are individually wrapped for your protection.
With the new cleaning protocol, bedding that can be easily cleaned has been incorporated into the home. Please note that bedding may differ from some pictures in this listing.
