Travel Purpose: business

Positive: For the amount of money it took to book the room, it was not of worth. It was very raggedy! The commode seat was damaged and needed to be replaced. The outer room of the suite was hot and muggy. The air condition unit, out there, was missing nobs. We had to call staff up to mess with it, with a tool, to get the air to come on. Only a few minutes after the staff left, it turned off and it was just plain hot!

Negative: I let it be known that the soap and hair conditioner holders and the item itself was torn up in the bathroom, had come off the wall. It was never fixed. I was just told by the staff receptionist that it would be noted that it was previously in that condition, on our booked paperwork. No one came to try to fix it or anything. So, we had to stay aleart. Because one had already come apare and at the base of the tub, the 2nd one abruptly fell. Therefore, it was uncomfortable in bathing and having to keep a watch to see if the third one would possibly disengage itself and injure us in someway.
