Our spot in Tulum is near all the action. With a short drive, you'll be in the middle of a treasure trove of awesome restaurants, shops, and fun stuff to do. And guess what? The famous Tulum Mayan Ruins are just a hop, skip, and jump away, only 8.4 km down the road. Whether you're a food fanatic, a shopaholic, or an adventure junkie, our neighborhood has it all. Come on over and get a taste of the very best Tulum has to offer!
Getting Around:
The property is about 44 km or 27 miles from the Tulum International Airport (TQO) and 124 km or 77 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN).
Other Things to Note:
There is no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance, by 5 pm the day before the service.
Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
