Beautiful Bay Views!!! Luxurious 2 BR/2 Full BA unit in newer building with amenities galore! 55" UHDTV, Laminate Flooring, Sleeper couch and sleeper ottoman. Excellent furnishings included (as you can see by the photos) with stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, HDTV in each room/iron and ironing board (who really needs it for OC?)/toaster/blender/coffee maker. More importantly, the unit is equipped with wifi connection to connect all those Android/Apple/Kindle/Microsoft devices! There is a large 55" UHDTV in the living room with HDMI and USB cable already prewired so you can bring your personal Xbox/Playstation/Apple TV/Roku/Chromecast/etc to keep everyone entertained! You can stream movies or catch up on your favorite TV shows with your personal Netflix/Amazon Prime accounts as there is free wifi in the unit.
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed while the Guest Bedroom has a bunk bed with Trundle. The living room has a queen sleeper couch with a sleeper ottoman. The unit sleeps 6 adult and 1 child, (2 in Master Bedroom, 2 adult and 1 child in guest bedroom, 2 adults in Living Room). Clean linens are included upon check-in, just bring your own towels and toiletries and enjoy.
Convenient keyless entry into the unit so you never have to worry about who has the key.
The building is relatively new compared to other locations in OC and it has an indoor swimming pool (great on days when it is too hot/cold or rainy outside), sauna, fitness center, and game/billiards room.
Excellent location next to the convention center and walking distance to great restaurants (more importantly, a short walk to Dumser's Ice Cream :) One block from the beach and this is actually one of the best beach location in OC because there are not that many high rises in the area there is A LOT less people on the beach compared to other areas in OC. Most of the time it is no more than 2 - 3 families deep on the beach and if you have been in OC before it is much worst in other areas.
