Summary: We choose this VRBO property based on location, being single level for an elderly guest, and the accommodations working for our fluctuating group size. Based on those needs, this property worked great for us. The owner was very responsive to the couple of issues we experienced (cleaning crew missed a few trash items outside the house and the dishwasher needed to be connected properly) It is not a high end or fancy property....very basic but functional. Cannot beat the price for the neighborhood. Owner does allow for parties (at least at the time of our booking), so that could be a plus or a minus, depending on what you need it for.
