Summary: Difficult to rate. Reception staff great. If price is paramount then good but immediate neighborhood is dingy but not dangerous but have to walk to get food. Historical sights within walking distance. No wifi in room though they offered to move me. No climate control or hangers. Street-front rooms can be noisy. Impossible to get a taxi without an app. .
