Summary: Our television didn’t work correctly and instead of letting us know that it was gonna be a problem they just let us tell them it was a problem. They told us they couldn’t fix it till the morning. The next day we left in the end they said the engineer would come in while they came and turned on the TV but still there was no streaming so when we came back we talked to him again and he said oh well there’s 18 rooms out of 104 that don’t stream and yours was one of them why they didn’t put us in a room that streams I can’t believe they were booked. Plus, there was construction going on next-door outside our window so every morning we were greeted at 7 AM with Backup alarms from the trucks beep beep beep.
