• 2nd Bedroom w/ Queen size bed, large closet. 2nd bathroom is located next to guest bedroom for convenience.
• 3rd Bedroom/Den w/ Italian leather queen sleeper sofa couch, a modern desk & newly finished closet.
• Large Modern-Contemporary kitchen completely remodeled. New white quartz counter top, breakfast bar and separate dining area in kitchen with an open Lanai.
The private open Lanai off the kitchen has two lounge chairs with an electric outdoor grill.
