This listing is for 8 guests. Two extra guests up to 10 people total are welcome for $25 per night per person for the extra guests. (Please note the bedding arrangements.) No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed in the house, unless prior approval is given
Small/Medium size pets (under 40 pounds) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $250 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a $100 pet fee and a refundable $150 pet deposit.
Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door, above the garage and on the back patio area. They do not look into any interior spaces.
