There are several outdoor spaces that allow everyone to gather while still offering privacy and quiet. The home features five open or covered decks, plus a large pool deck complete with an outdoor living room, outdoor kitchen, protected fenced yard, and plenty of pool loungers.
Tide Time was custom designed with an open reverse floorplan, placing the main living space on the second level with a wall of windows opening to a large covered porch.
