Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have king size beds and third has twins. Full size futon in den. Dining room seats eight. Well mannered pets, and owner does supply small crate in garage if needed, one medium and large upon request. Fully fenced in backyard. Comfy extra large dog crate in master bed room. Weber Grill in garage. No on street parking. Driveway accommodates three vehicles. Biweekly lawn care on Thursday on front lawn only. Summary: The fenced back yard was full of dead vegetation, including large thorn bushes, so it was not usable as was advertised. When we arrived, the inside was picked up, but the floors were filthy. Our socks were black while we mopped up. The sheets in the primary bedroom reaked of citrus room spray. They had not been changed as there was a brown spot on the bottom sheet. I assume the sheets were sprayed rather than changed. I notified the owner that day, but all he replied was that the maid had been there. Only one window would open on the sun porch and one in the living room, so we couldn’t get fresh air despite comfortable temperatures. When the garage door failed, he did get someone to come the next day, but we had to stay for 4 hrs. While the repair man was there. Additionally, we had to stay another morning so the insurance adjuster could get inside the house. When we left a day early, I notified the owner and told him about ants in the kitchen. He never replied.
