Constructed to seamlessly combine indoor and outdoor living spaces, this multi-level home features exquisite details throughout. An open first-floor plan includes expansive gourmet kitchen with large center island, two ovens, gas range, refrigerator, two beverage coolers, two dishwashers, back kitchen with spare refrigerator and one of many special features, a foldable window that opens to the outdoor grilling station and counter with seating. Guests can open the kitchen to the outdoors and seamlessly pass food, drinks and stories from inside to outdoors. The open kitchen also has a special nook off the center island with bench and chair seating for five and a separate dining table for eight guests. The great room is completed with the beautifully furnished living area with beamed ceiling, gorgeous brick accents, mounted TV and large sliding glass doors that open in line with each other for an additional combination of indoor and outdoor living spaces. The outdoor oceanfront porch overlooks the private pool and features fans, heaters, luxury dining table and chairs, large swing with plush cushions, grill station and counterspace with high chairs.
Bedrooms on the 1st floor of this home include the master suite with a king bed, mounted TV, access to the oceanfront porch and beautiful bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. Also on this level is a guest bedroom with King bed, TV and en-suite bath with shower/tub combination. Also included on this level of the home are a powder room near the kitchen and living room and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, counterspace and sink.
A staircase leads to the full 2nd floor of the home. This level features an impressive master suite on the left side of the home with panoramic ocean views between the main bedroom and corner sitting room with desk and sofa. You have to see this view in person to fully appreciate it! The bedroom features a king bed, two swivel chairs, mounted TV and access to the upper balcony, and the master bathroom includes two vanities, separate tub and large walk-in shower, along with a large walk-in closet for guests to use.
The other bedrooms on the 2nd level include a master suite with oceanfront view, king bed, mounted TV, access to upper balcony and bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. A guest suite offers a king bed, mounted TV and en-suite bath with walk-in shower, and the sixth and final bedroom features two sets of bunk beds, all with twin mattresses, and a full bath with double vanity and tub/shower combination. The ocean can be seen from the bunk bedroom by looking through the nearby media room that also serves as a 2nd living room. The media room offers two sofas, including a queen sleeper sofa, swivel chair, large mounted TV, wet bar with sink, beverage cooler and microwave, and another set of stackable sliding glass doors that open to the covered balcony with stunning ocean views! There is a full washer and dryer on this level as well, and the home is outfitted with Wifi throughout, cable television and smart TVs where guests can input their own login credentials to Netflix and common apps. An elevator inside the home is available for guest use, and the garage is available for guests to park up to 4 vehicles, bikes or gear.
The large saltwater pool features a heated spa and an underwater sundeck with bubbling fountains. Spa heat is included with your rental and the pool can be heated for an additional fee. The tile pool deck features patio furniture and leads to the private beach path with outdoor shower.
