Stunning and spacious one private bed and bath, access to full kitchen, no pantry and shared laundry. Shared entrance with a very comfortable and cozy living space. Sleeps 2 and located in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood. One car parking, great location near D.C many data centers, and easy access to scenic Virginia wine country, Shenandoah valley and Luray caverns. A 7% of occupancy tax would be charged on your arrival.The tax is 7% of the total amount paid for room rental. Please be kind to clean the dishes/cookware and cutleries after each usage and put in in the dishwasher . No dining in bedrooms , feel free to use the common dining area . Kindly use microwave and stove only for chicken , goat and vegetarian options . No pork,beef or bacon.
