And for days you want to stay in, the comfortable home resides within the well known Penn Estates gated community: access to basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, community swimming pool, and lake access.
ABOUT THE SPACE:
Gated Community Amenities:
Children's park, pool (seasonally. Open Memorial Day until Labor day, 100% refundable cash deposit for passes (8 available) is required), beach volleyball, tennis, basketball courts, lake/beach access (kayaking/canoeing, is seasonal and allowed by the community, however we do not provide these items).
Room Descriptions:
Room 1, Master: King size bed, and 1 Twin size bed
Room 2: Bunk bed (lower full size, upper twin)
Room 3: Twin size bed (With small desk in bedroom)
Room 4: 2 Queen size beds
Room 5: Full size bed
Linens and towels are provided.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped with essentials, including: Electric stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator.
Dining:
Table seats 6, with an additional two counter seat/stool available on island. (Kitchen, Dining, and Living are all one open large space.)
Parking:
Driveway can comfortably hold about 5 cars. (Obviously overall size of cars matter.)
Street side or parking on the grass, is not permitted.
Cooling:
Upper floor bedrooms have built in wall AC's. Lower level will have window AC's available in the warmer months, starting Memorial Day until October.
Large ceiling fans located in the Living room and Master.
Individual mobile electric fans available for other rooms.
Small children:
The home is not baby proofed. However, we do provide a high chair for feedings and a pack 'n play, for your convenience.
Security:
Its a gated community. You will need to fill out a form, to get Visitor passes that allow you in and out during your stay. We will send you the link ahead of time. Please return by the time indicated.
The house is equipped with a Ring Door bell camera. No other cameras in or outside the house.
Smoke alarms in each room, as well as carbon monoxide detectors on upper and lower floors, all to code.
Fire extinguisher located underneath kitchen sink.
You will enter the house (self check in) using the access code to the door. (Will be provided a couple days prior to arrival.)
Miscellaneous:
Outdoor gas grill is available. Canister will be provided. However, the gas itself is not.
Firewood for the fireplace is not provided.
POOL/LAKE ACCESS:
6 to 8 passes will be provided for pool and lake access. A cash deposit of $125 (for 6) or $150 (for 8) will be required. Money will be 100% refunded once all passes are returned and accounted for. (Generally within 48 hours.) Lake and pool are shared community amenities and are available from Memorial day until Labor Day.
