THE SPACE:
This fully updated and recently renovated three-story home sits on a private half-acre lot surrounded by mature trees, creating a quiet and calming private oasis. The home boasts an expansive wrap-around deck with secure gates at all entrances, gas grill and ample seating. On the lower level, enjoy the private, peaceful koi pond, lush garden, firepit and plentiful backyard space.
On the main level, the front door opens up to the living room, dining room and kitchen, laid out in an inviting open concept. Enjoy a meal with loved ones in the well-stocked and updated kitchen with modern stone countertops, center island with breakfast bar, and dining table. The kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker (& coffee, of course!) and includes a brand new microwave and gas range/oven, plus dishwasher, toaster, and various cookware and glassware. UNIQUE FEATURES include a rice maker, dumpling steamer, instant pot, kid-friendly dishes and silverware, silicone bibs, and a highchair.
The living room is equipped with a sectional sofa, gas fireplace, free Wi-Fi and 65” Ultra-HD Smart TV. The Master bedroom with Queen bed is also located on the main level and includes an ensuite bathroom and laptop-friendly workspace. The kitchen and dining room open up to a large and sunny patio with comfortable couches to relax on. The patio leads out to the deck and down to the backyard and garden.
The second level includes three bedrooms, each with Queen-sized beds, a full bathroom, and a reading nook stocked with books and toys. For families traveling with young children, each upstairs bedroom can comfortably fit a pack-n-play or rollaway mattress. We have two Graco pack-n-plays (with sheets) that are available to our guests (one from 2017, one from 2020).
The game room with epic “Terminator” arcade gaming system and multi-use game table (which can be easily configured to play pool, ping-pong, air hockey or foosball) is located on the lower level. The lower level sleeping accommodations include one bedroom with Queen bed plus a bonus room with Queen bed and bunk bed (Full on bottom, Twin on top). There is a Summer Kitchen, full bathroom, and laundry room on this level as well. The Summer Kitchen opens to the back patio.
All bedrooms are equipped with a convenient luggage rack and cozy blankets. We supply guests with all the basics including bed sheets, bath and hand towels, wash cloths, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, and an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels. In case you need it, each bathroom is also stocked with first aid supplies, makeup removing wipes, and extra toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, flossers, toothbrush and toothpaste).
There are 8 parking spots in the driveway, including two covered parking spaces. No parking is allowed on the street. There is one flight of stairs that you will need to climb to get to the front door. You will use a keypad to enter the home, and we will provide you with the code closer to your stay. We also have a back-up key accessible to guests in the unlikely event that technology turns on us.
While we do not provide firewood for the firepit, bundles of wood can be purchased at the Weis ~15 minutes from the house. The house boasts a fabulous new mini-split heating and air conditioning system that provides you with the ultimate climate-controlled comfort during your stay. The property is also equipped with a Level 2 Electric Vehicle (EV) CSS Combo 1 charger that guests are able to use upon request.
This property is dog-friendly and we provide a water and food bowl for your furry companion. We are also family-friendly and as a mom to three young children myself, I understand how important it is to provide a vacation home where you can relax with your family. THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
This vacation home is located in Penn Estates, a 24-hour gated community in East Stroudsburg, PA. The community amenities include a playground, swimming pools, playing fields, basketball and tennis courts, lakes & beaches (access to the community gym is not provided). Guests also have access to the Clubhouse with pool table, foosball table and ping-pong table. We supply 12 amenity passes so that you can freely use these amenities during your stay! The pool and beaches are open between Memorial Day and Labor Day from approximately 11AM - 7PM.
The community requires that all guests meet a few basic requirements prior to your stay. We will work with you to complete this at least 4 days before you arrive in order to avoid an extra $75 fee. At the gate, you’ll be provided with a pass to display on your car(s) throughout your stay.

This house is nearby (less than 15 minute drive) all of your favorite Pocono Mountain attractions including Camelback Mountain, Shawnee Mountain, and Great Wolf Lodge for skiing, snowboarding and snow-tubing; Delaware Water Gap and many other spots for hiking, boating, fishing, and swimming; shopping at the Premium Outlets; Kalahari Indoor Water Park; wineries and breweries galore, golf courses, sky-diving, axe throwing, roller skating, bowling, movie theaters, and great restaurants! Visit downtown Stroudsburg’s charming main street or travel a little further and visit Bushkill Falls for amazing views, hiking, fishing, and more.
Last but not least - the house is less than 15 minutes away from Target, Weis, and Giant.
