The home has recently been updated with new, modern furnishings throughout. A convenient half bath, a full-sized washer and dryer are all located off the living room.
Enjoy a quiet master suite on the main level with French doors leading out to the back patio. This bedroom has a private bathroom with double vanities and a shower/tub combo.
The second floor features two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed with private access to the second floor porch with sweeping views of the park. The second bedroom boasts a full-over-twin bunk bed with Star Wars decor - sure to excite the kids!
With double porches overlooking the park, an outdoor dining table, and a large porch swing, this home is perfect place to sip your morning coffee or savor an evening glass of wine.
Within a short walking distance, you have access to the Tower Court Pool. Other attractions a short distance away are Bocci Ball Park, the Boardwalk Pool, the Residence Club Pool & Pool House, Lake Days aqua park, and the lakeside beach where you have access to paddleboards, life vests, and kayaks within the beautiful cove.
