Wonderful deal for well maintained East Cobb home on half an acre lot in Lassiter school district. Kitchen with stainless appliances, view to family room. Spacious dining room. New fresh paint and fully fenced in backyard with great pool. The depth of the pool is 3 to 6 feet.
You will have access to a king bed in the master bedroom upstairs, a king bed in a bedroom downstairs, two double beds in a bedroom upstairs and a queen pull out sofa bed in a common area downstairs. There is a locked room with a queen bed for two additional guests up to 12. There is verification of the number of guests entering the property. If access to the additional room is needed please declare an accurate number of guests that will be entering the property. If access to the room is needed for less than 12 guests, the fee is $40 per night for the duration of your stay.
Pool:
The pool may not be available during maintenance, and prior approval is required to use the pool for a last-minute reservation.
There is a pool cleaning fee of $175, which needs to be paid five days prior to check-in in order to use the pool. Basic pool chemical treatment is carried out weekly.
The pool can be used between the hours of 11am to 9 pm. No loud noises at the pool to agitate the neighbors. Please note that this home has large backyard with tall trees. Leaves continually drop into the pool, so paid pool cleaning is needed to remove them before check-in. The leaves are removed from the pool prior to check-in as new leaves drop into the pool daily. This is not an indoor pool. The depth of the pool is 3 to 6 feet.
