The community also offers a Recreation barn (i.e., indoor basketball and fitness center), walking trails, and an herb garden. After dinner, take a short bike ride (we provide bikes for most ages) to roast marshmallows over the community fire pit or walk out on the pier at the marina. Please note that the Bay Forest community charges $50 per person administrative/community fee for each person 5 years and older. This fee will be charged as part of your reservation process (limited to 8 guests). Once this fee is paid to the community manager on the guests' behalf, it becomes non-refundable.
