Located inside the gated Saw Creek Estates community, amenities include the following for all ages to enjoy: picnic areas, boats, lake, stream for fishing, 4 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools and hot tubs, indoor tennis court, indoor racquetball court, outdoor volleyball court, ski slopes, basketball courts, fully equipped fitness center, tiki bar and restaurant. Our home is an open floor plan with the living room, dining room and kitchen all connected, leading to a beautiful and cozy sunroom on the 1st level. On the ground level, kids and adults can enjoy hours of entertainment with a pool table (can be converted to ping pong), basketball and foosball table. Enjoy stunning views outdoors on the deck and gatherings by the firepit. A propane gas grill is available for BBQ. The property comprises of the following bedrooms with 3 full baths.
* Master bedroom with queen size bed, walk in closet, full bath (Steam Shower and Jacuzzi), with direct access to the deck

* Queen size bed and one twin size bed
*Trampoline available by front entrance
*Hot tub directly on property is not for guests to use. Saw Creek Community includes hot tubs for guests to use by the swimming pools
* Require guests to provide a picture government ID within 48 hours of booking
* Require guests to review and agree and abide to a short term lease agreement and the rules and regulations of Saw Creek Estates
* Principal tenant must sign a tenant registration form for all guests, for Saw Creek Estates Community, 10 business days prior to check in. All guest names must be provided to the host to create the form 12 business days prior to check in.
