Note: This is a side-by-side townhouse. Features include 4 bedrooms/Private Master BR on 3rd floor 2 1/2 baths. Sunset and bay views from the decks on comfortable outdoor furniture. Large nice outdoor shower. This property has all the sought after amenities to accommodate your memorable stay. Beach chairs provided for your use. 255 35th St is very popular property with vacationers!! Beach Chairs and cart are provided for our guests. Living room and kitchen furniture recently updated. NO PETS. Property has annual service contracts for heating and AC pest and insect control to make guests stay as pleasant as possible air ducts cleaned annually. Air filters, water filters changed semiannually.
