Summary: Hi, I'm Gary! Welcome to my home. This bright and beautifully renovated apartment comes with a shared terrace. It's situated in hip Mile-End, steps away from iconic Montreal restaurants and cafes, shops and entertainment. It's located one bus away from Downtown Montreal and just a short walk to the metro. The apartment is newly renovated and fully furnished. It has a spacious living room, a 55" TV, and a fully stocked kitchen. The king bed is very comfortable and there is a queen sofa bed. I provide coffee and tea and the basic cleaning necessities, and hygiene products. The Space: My apartment is fully furnished. The kitchen contains all necessities needed for cooking including a new fridge, stove and oven. A toaster, Keurig machine and tea kettle are included as well. Coffee and tea is provided. There is one closed bedroom with a big closet and one sofa bed in the living room area. A 55" TV, cable and internet are included. The newly renovated bathroom features a stand up walk-in shower and hygiene product. Cleaning products and detergents are provided as well. Guest Access: To access the apartment, you will be provided with an access code to enter the main door and a separate access code to enter the studio. An apartment code will be sent one week before your check in. The Neighborhood: Being in the heart of the Mile-End, the area features many amenities. Along Parc Ave. and Laurier, there is an abundance of restaurants and cafes. A Starbucks and banks can be quickly accessed. There is also a grocery store across the street and a pharmacy just a few steps away. Getting Around: My apartment can be easily accessed by bus, metro and by car. A main bus stops right in front of the studio and provides a short bus ride to Downtown Montreal. A short walk also brings you to a metro. A designated underground paid parking area will be provided 24 hours before your arrival. Parking on the street is also available. Other Things to Note: Additional rules 1. Please do not have any parties or incur noise complaints from neighbors. If you do, you’ll lose your security deposit. 2. Please do not smoke inside the house! If evidence of smoking indoors is found, you’ll lose your security deposit. 3. Please do not check-out late. If your check-out affects the maid, you’ll be charged $100. If it affects the next guest, you’ll lose your security deposit. 4. Please do not lose the keys. If you do, you’ll be charged a replacement fee. 5. If you lock yourself out and need the cleaners to let you in, it'll cost $50. Interaction with Guests: I live in the area but not on site, I am always available if need be.
